The Senior Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent guest services, maximum sales, and profitability. This role involves developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory according to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services standards
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff members
• Control expenses and minimize shrinkage
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising
• Manage inventory control in adherence to company procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail or management experience
