The Senior Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This role involves developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory according to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Guest Services standards
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations
- Maximize store sales and profitability
- Develop and train store staff
- Control expenses and minimize shrinkage
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
Requirements
- Prior retail or management experience
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Prior retail and or management experience is required.
