The Senior Asset Management Analyst will assist in the preparation and review of annual operating budgets and property level business plans, coordinate and lead monthly financial reviews, and complete regular portfolio audits. This hybrid role will contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and presentations, as well as various ad hoc analyses to identify deficiencies. The position requires two days onsite in Culver City, CA.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of annual operating budgets and property level business plans
- Coordinate and lead monthly financial reviews with Facilities and Property Management
- Complete regular portfolio audits to identify deficiencies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and presentations
- Prepare and present various ad hoc analysis as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business-real estate, economics, finance, or accounting
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
- Excellent mathematical, interpersonal, and business communication skills
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business-real estate, economics, finance, or accounting
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
Nice to Have
- VBA knowledge for Microsoft Excel
