Senior Analyst, Business Operations

About This Role

This role will support strategic operational reviews, process improvements, technology deployments, and optimization initiatives, driving productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with agency operations and media investment teams to streamline processes and deploy operational standards within a global media company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operational analysis, process improvement and documentation
• Provide first level support for agency investment teams for Operational systems and tools
• Support process improvement and innovation efforts
• Create accurate system documentation and process maps
• Conduct business reviews with internal teams and external partners to identify ways to streamline or automate processes

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, capable of simultaneously handling multiple projects and assignments
• Ability to manage/prioritize tasks
• Demonstrated background in process development and documentation
• Experience working with a wide range of junior and senior stakeholders
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint), Smartsheet
• Experience managing process documentation and workflow design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear understanding of the life cycle of a media campaign
• Excellent organization skills
• Experience in data management
• Business analysis and technical writing skills

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis in the media and advertising industry

• Experience working with Media Buying and Planning tools
• Experience in Media Operations, Technical Operations, Business Operations
