Security Site Supervisor

About This Role

The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance of all shifts and Security Officers at an assigned site, ensuring compliance with post orders and Walden Security procedures. This role involves direct supervision of security personnel and acting as a primary point of contact for urgent client needs and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance of all shifts and Security Officers on duty
• Maintain working knowledge and understanding of Specific and General Post instructions, including additional and emergency post instructions
• Patrol assigned post by walking or using a company vehicle
• Conduct inspections of Post and Security Officers for proper compliance with post orders and company procedures
• Inform management of matters/issues that require attention before the next workday
• Record daily events on Officer's Daily Reports (ODR)
• Register at watch stations to record inspection trips
• Assist in conducting on-the-job-training for newly assigned Security Officers
• Respond to urgent client needs/requests for services or changes
• Properly notify authorities (supervisors, police, fire department, client) of emergency situations and/or post order violations
• Examine doors, windows, and gates of assigned posts to determine security
• Warn violators of rule infractions and expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
• CCTV experience
• Supervisor experience
• Security, Military or LEO Experience
• Florida State Security License

Qualifications

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Supervisor experience required. Security, Military or LEO Experience.
