Security Site Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise security operations and concierge services for a premier high-rise office building in downtown Atlanta. Lead a team of security professionals, provide high-end guest services, and manage access control and emergency response procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of security professionals to ensure elite service standards
• Provide a 5-star welcome to tenants and VIP guests; manage the front desk with professionalism and grace
• Monitor CCTV, badge systems, and visitor management software to ensure only authorized personnel enter the tower
• Act as the primary on-site lead during fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security incidents, coordinating with local law enforcement and EMS
• Maintain detailed daily logs, incident reports, and staff schedules for the Property Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of security experience, preferably in a supervisory or "Leads" role within a corporate or high-rise setting
• Polished, professional appearance suitable for a corporate lobby environment
• Ability to comfortably navigate security software, G-Suite/Microsoft Office, and modern CCTV systems
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation (own vehicle)
• High School Diploma/GED
• Security License (un-armed or armed)

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience, preferably in a supervisory or "Leads" role within a corporate or high-rise setting
