Supervise and mentor a team of security professionals while overseeing security operations and concierge services for a premier high-rise office building in downtown Atlanta. This role balances administrative leadership with a high-visibility, concierge-style presence, acting as a primary point of contact for corporate tenants and property management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of security professionals to ensure elite service standards
- Provide a 5-star welcome to tenants and VIP guests; manage the front desk with professionalism and grace
- Monitor CCTV, badge systems, and visitor management software to ensure only authorized personnel enter the tower
- Act as the primary on-site lead during fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security incidents, coordinating with local law enforcement and EMS
- Maintain detailed daily logs, incident reports, and staff schedules for the Property Manager
Requirements
- 2+ years of security experience, preferably in a supervisory or "Leads" role
- Polished, professional appearance
- Ability to comfortably navigate security software, G-Suite/Microsoft Office, and modern CCTV systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation (own vehicle)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED
- At least 2 years of security experience, preferably in a supervisory or "Leads" role within a corporate or high-rise setting
