Security Patrol Officer

About This Role

As a Security Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a secure environment for personnel in various industries like Aero/Defense. This role involves driving, requiring a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual circumstances to the appropriate personnel
• Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and information as needed, supporting a welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address any security-related concerns
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Be at least 18 years of age (21+ for armed roles)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
