Serve and safeguard clients as a Security Officer - Weekend Patrol Guard, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine rounds, and deterring security-related incidents. This role involves documenting observations, responding to concerns, and ensuring top-tier customer service in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
- Perform emergency response activities when appropriate
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas at a busy facility location
- Conduct routine rounds and stay highly visible to deter security-related incidents
- Document observations and respond to concerns
- Communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering top-tier customer service
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles); 21+ years of age (for armed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
