Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
• Perform emergency response activities when appropriate
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas at a busy facility location
• Conduct routine rounds and stay highly visible to deter security-related incidents
• Document observations and respond to concerns
• Communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering top-tier customer service

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles); 21+ years of age (for armed roles)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
