Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Driver

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a manufacturing and industrial setting as a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Driver. Conduct routine patrols, deter security incidents, and provide strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and reporting protocols at an industrial manufacturing location
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, loading docks, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations
• Monitor gates, doors, and key control points; verify credentials, manage visitor check-in and/or badging as directed, and document deliveries and trailer movements when assigned
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate notifications to site contacts and/or emergency responders per post orders
• Complete detailed reports on patrol findings, incidents, and maintenance concerns; communicate shift updates and observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives

Requirements

• valid driver's license in the state where the job is located
• at least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
