Security Officer - Unarmed Site Patrol

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients as an Unarmed Security Officer, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine rounds, and deterring security-related incidents at a financial services location in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location
• Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, corridors, offices, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting unusual behavior and/or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with alarm responses, medical calls, and/or disturbances as directed by post orders
• Complete routine logs and incident reports, communicate via radio and/or phone, and document patrol findings and corrective actions taken

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
