Security Officer - Unarmed Rover Driver

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients as an Unarmed Rover Driver Security Officer, monitoring and patrolling assigned residential areas to deter security incidents and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site management and/or emergency services as needed
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including building exteriors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points as assigned
• Monitor access points and amenities to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or misuse
• Verify identification or authorization when required, and document access activity per post orders
• Complete detailed shift reports, incident reports, and maintenance or hazard observations
• Communicate notable activity to the appropriate contacts using radio and/or phone

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Valid driver's license for driving positions
