As an Unarmed Rover Security Officer you will serve and safeguard clients at a technology, media, and telecom location by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, deterring security incidents, and supporting access control. You will document activity, assist with routine checks, and deliver customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors following security procedures and site-specific policies
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, coordinating with site contacts and emergency services as directed
- Control access by checking identification, verifying authorization, and managing visitor processing and deliveries
- Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and communicate key information to the site team and management
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Access Control/Badge Experience
- Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet
- Customer Service Experience
