About This Role

As an Unarmed Patrol Rover in Tempe, AZ, you will perform security duties, monitor assigned areas, and conduct patrols to deter incidents, ensuring client safety and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas.
• Support access control and visitor flow.

Requirements

• Able to ride a bike
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of security-related experience.

Nice to Have

• Guard card/license
• Customer service experience
• Access control and/or badge experience
