As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology-focused location, providing a visible presence to deter security-related incidents and deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. This role involves driving as part of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
- Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, maintaining detailed documentation as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
- Assist with access control and visitor management to help deter unauthorized entry and support overall security-related operations at the location.
- Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles)
- High school diploma or equivalent
