Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in various industries by providing customer service, responding to incidents, and conducting patrols to maintain a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
• Respond to emergency situations as appropriate
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the food and beverage production location
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences
• Assist with access control by verifying identification and/or credentials
• Support emergency response activities, including guiding employees and visitors during evacuations and/or drills
• Communicate promptly and professionally with site staff, visitors, and management regarding security-related matters

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
