As an Unarmed Patrol Security Officer in San Jose, CA, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to maintain a secure environment and safeguard clients. You will provide a visible presence to deter incidents while focusing on customer service and communication to foster a positive atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles)
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have
- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- Customer service experience
- Guard card or license
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
