Serve and safeguard clients in various industries, primarily healthcare, by conducting security patrols, responding to incidents, and providing customer service. This role involves monitoring access points and documenting activities to deter security-related incidents.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and facility policies.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, including medical alerts, disturbances, and requests for assistance.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols of corridors, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
- Monitor access points, verifying authorization and directing visitors according to facility procedures.
- Complete shift documentation, such as incident reports, patrol logs, and activity summaries.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age for armed roles (18 for unarmed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license for driving positions only
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have

- Guard card/license
