Security Officer - Unarmed Driver Patrol

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a healthcare setting as an unarmed driver patrol security officer, conducting routine rounds and responding to security-related incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies within a healthcare setting
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hospital staff and/or public emergency services as needed
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior corridors, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards
• Monitor access points and security-related systems such as cameras and alarms, reporting unusual activity according to post orders
• Complete detailed reports, document incidents, and communicate status updates to supervision and location management

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• CPR certification
• Customer service experience
• X-Ray screening experience
