Security Officer - Unarmed Cycle Patrol

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in various industries as an unarmed Security Officer, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas on foot and by bike, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas on foot and by bike
• Maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents
• Support access control and badge processes
• Provide customer-focused assistance, clear communication, and timely reporting
• Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter

Requirements

• At least 6+ months of security experience
• Be able to ride a bike
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6+ months of security experience

Nice to Have

• Guard Card/license
• Access control and badge experience
• Customer service experience
