Security Officer - Tech Patrol Driver

About This Role

As a Security Officer - Tech Patrol Driver, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, including Tech/Media/Telecom. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deterring security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns
• Monitor entry and exit points, checking for proper identification and reporting any unusual activity as needed
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters and incidents
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements
• Assist with access control and visitor management processes as required by the location
• Remain alert and observant to help to deter potential disruptions or security-related issues in the tech, media, and telecom environment

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles)
• High school diploma or equivalent
