Security Officer - Patrol Driver Day Shifts

About This Role

As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver, you will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, completing routine rounds, and maintaining high visibility for security. You will document observations, resolve concerns with calm communication, and provide customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site management and/or public emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or access control points, verifying credentials and directing visitors and deliveries.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and policy exceptions, and communicate observations to supervisors and/or client representatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Nice to Have

• CPR certification
