About This Role

As a Security Officer - Part-Time Overnight Screener, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries by checking identification, screening visitors and deliveries, and monitoring entry points. You will support security-related operations at a controlled-access facility and help maintain orderly access.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Operate entry screening checkpoints, including monitoring access control points and conducting screening with walk-through detectors and/or hand-held wands.
• Verify identification and authorization for entry, issue visitor instructions, and maintain required logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site leadership and documenting events.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
