About This Role

As a Security Officer in Gibsonton, FL, you will safeguard clients in industries like Utilities by monitoring patrols, deterring incidents, and responding to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Serve and safeguard clients in various industries, including Utilities
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas
• Conduct routine rounds
• Maintain high visibility to deter security-related incidents
• Respond to alarms and/or requests
• Document observations
• Communicate clearly and deliver customer service with professionalism
• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
• Monitor access points, verify identification, issue badges, and document entries/exits
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Subject to a background investigation
• Subject to a drug screen

Qualifications
