Security Officer - Neighborhood Patrol

About This Role

As a Part-Time Security Officer, you will conduct routine patrols and provide a visible security presence at a financial institution, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors. You will observe, report, and respond to incidents with professionalism, contributing to a secure and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, common spaces, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, reporting security concerns promptly and completing required reports and shift logs.
• Support client operations by assisting with directions, access procedures, and general inquiries while maintaining a professional security presence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of security-related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age (21+ for armed roles)
