Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare by monitoring and patrolling designated healthcare locations, deterring security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. This position includes driving responsibilities and requires agility, reliability, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the healthcare facility by verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Assist with the implementation and enforcement of site-specific access control procedures and protocols.
- Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting individuals entering or exiting the location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities.
- Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or breaches of access control procedures.
- Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations or lockdowns.
- Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site leadership to address access control concerns and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 18 years of age (21+ for armed roles)
- High school diploma or equivalent
