As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will patrol a medical campus, respond to incidents, and provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve and safeguard clients in healthcare industries
- Conduct routine foot patrols of assigned areas to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards
- Stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents
- Respond to requests from staff, patients, and visitors with professionalism
- Document observations and communicate clearly
- Support access control and incident reporting
- Provide customer service by conducting security-related procedures and emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor management
- Complete shift reports and incident documentation, communicate notable activity to site leadership
- Operate site systems such as radios and facility monitoring equipment when assigned
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age (for unarmed)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
