As a Security Officer specializing in Lobby Screening, you will provide security and customer service at a fast-paced tech location in Fall River, MA. Your role involves conducting entry screenings, managing visitor access, and responding to incidents to ensure a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and contractors following site-specific policies
- Perform entry screening duties including verifying access credentials and managing visitor sign-in
- Inspect bags and packages as permitted and monitor walk-through screening equipment
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, including reporting, documenting, and escalating concerns
- Monitor access points, lobbies, and screening areas using direct observation and security-related systems
- Report unusual activity and/or policy violations to deter incidents
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
