As a Security Officer - HOA Patrol Driver, you will serve and safeguard clients in residential communities by conducting regular vehicle patrols, deterring unauthorized access, and responding to calls for service. This role involves maintaining high visibility and supporting residents, guests, and staff with clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and perimeter, including common areas, parking areas, and access points
- Monitor for unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy violations, and deter unauthorized access
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including receiving calls for service and assessing situations
- Coordinate with property management and/or public responders when needed
- Document patrol activity, incidents, and resident or visitor interactions in written reports and/or electronic logs
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- Customer service experience
- Guard card/license
