Security Officer Flex

About This Role

This role involves providing security services primarily as a FLEX Security Officer, covering various shifts and locations in the Orlando region to ensure uninterrupted service to clients. The position supports operational and financial success by maintaining staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide trained and reliable coverage for open shifts due to various staffing needs
• Ensure uninterrupted service to clients
• Undergo training at multiple posts and/or facilities based on operational demand
• Work varying schedules including shifts, days off, and weekly hours
• Be available to cover open shifts on short notice
• Perform duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Become knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and act quickly and efficiently accordingly
• Exercise excellent customer service skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Demonstrate proficient computer skills
• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills
• Produce solid report writing

Requirements

• Active Florida Class D Security License
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Clean MVR (no moving violations within the past 3 years)
• Dependable transportation required
• Open availability to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid report writing skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of security experience preferred
