As a Security Officer with Flex Roving Patrol, you will provide security services and customer support at financial institutions, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, and responding to incidents.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to branch staff, visitors, and/or contractors by following Allied Universal procedures and site-specific policies
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial institution, including interior public areas, work areas, and the exterior perimeter
- Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to support site rules and report concerns or policy violations
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and contacting law enforcement or emergency services when required
- Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, communicate key information during post handoff, and support opening and/or closing procedures
Requirements
- At least 2 years of security-related experience
- At least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of security-related experience
Nice to Have
- Customer service experience
- Access control and/or badge experience
- Guard card and/or license
