Security Officer - Flex Retail Rover Driver

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in retail environments as a Security Officer, conducting patrols, monitoring activity, and providing customer service in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of sales floors, stock areas, entrances, exits, and the exterior perimeter to deter theft and vandalism
• Monitor customer and associate activity for unusual behavior, respond to incidents, and notify site leadership and/or law enforcement
• Control access and support traffic flow at entry points, receiving areas, and parking areas
• Complete reports and maintain required logs for incidents, patrol observations, and daily activities, and communicate concerns to management

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
