Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a front desk reception area.
• Greet and screen visitors, issue temporary credentials, and manage sign-in and sign-out processes.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification, and coordinate for visitor approvals and/or deliveries.
• Answer telephones, route calls, and relay messages while maintaining a professional presence.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other building systems from the front desk, reporting irregular activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and maintain accurate logs for various items.
• Support emergency procedures such as fire alarms, medical events, and evacuations by following site instructions and communicating updates to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age and older (for this specific role)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen
