Security Officer Flex Patrol

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in various industries as a Security Officer Flex Patrol. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and support access points, communicating with site leaders, drivers, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Communicate updates to site leadership and/or management as needed
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, parking lots, dock doors, and perimeter
• Deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or suspicious conditions
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or delivery documentation
• Direct drivers and visitors to the appropriate areas based on site procedures
• Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and unusual observations
• Maintain required logs for shift activity, key control, and access events

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Guard Card/License
