Security Officer - Flex Mobile Patrol

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients across various industries, including logistics and distribution, as a Security Officer - Flex Mobile Patrol. This role involves monitoring assigned areas, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouses, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity or policy violations
• Monitor access points, verify identification and visitor credentials, and document vehicle and pedestrian traffic
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications to leadership and emergency services as directed
• Complete detailed written reports of daily activities, patrol observations, and incident response actions, and communicate updates to supervision and location contacts

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age (21+ for armed roles)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen
