Serve and safeguard clients in various industries by performing security procedures, responding to incidents, and monitoring premises, while providing exceptional customer service as an unarmed patrol officer.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues
- Monitor the premises for unusual activity, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist visitors and employees by providing information and direction as needed within the location
- Support emergency response activities and/or evacuation procedures when required
- Document observations and incidents accurately and promptly according to Allied Universal policies
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions)
