Security Officer - Flex Mall Rover Driver

About This Role

As a Security Officer in a retail mall, you will patrol common areas, respond to incidents, and provide customer service. This role requires driving, monitoring entry points, and documenting activities to ensure safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Serve and safeguard clients in retail/malls and other industries
• Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and store associates
• Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, and perimeter
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, including medical calls, disturbances, and lost child reports
• Monitor entry points and mall activity, assist with access control and routine checks of restricted areas
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and electronic systems

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen

Qualifications

• high school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Customer service experience
• Guard Card and/or license
