About This Role

Serve as a Security Officer at a logistics and distribution center, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and employees while maintaining a professional and secure environment. This role involves monitoring access, providing customer service, and responding to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and delivery personnel at the front desk, providing courteous and professional customer service.
• Monitor facility access by verifying identification, logging visitors, and following site-specific policies to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations, following established protocols and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel, Allied Universal management, and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of all front desk activities, including visitor check-ins, incidents, and security-related observations.
• Support the enforcement of site policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen
