Security Officer - Flex Factory Driver

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in manufacturing and industrial settings by conducting routine patrols, monitoring access, and responding to incidents as a Security Officer - Flex Factory Driver.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and escalating concerns through established notification protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing locations, including production areas, warehouses, office spaces, parking areas, and exterior perimeters.
• Monitor access control points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery driver check-in and/or routing in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete detailed shift activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, communicating noteworthy conditions to management.

Requirements

• 1+ year of security-related experience
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background investigation and drug screen

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of security-related experience

Nice to Have

• CPR and First Aid certification
