Security Officer - Flex Bank Patrol

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in financial institutions by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine rounds, and maintaining high visibility to deter security-related incidents. This role involves communicating clearly with staff and visitors, documenting observations, and responding to incidents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at financial institutions by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, offices, parking areas, and property perimeters
• Monitor access points and controlled areas, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, contacting internal personnel and/or emergency services when needed
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and timely

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience
• Be at least 21 years of age (for armed roles) or 18 years of age (for unarmed roles)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen

Qualifications
