Serve and safeguard clients in automotive locations by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine rounds, and documenting observations. Provide customer service and respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at an automotive retail and service location
- Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the showroom, service areas, offices, parking areas, and vehicle inventory lots
- Monitor access points and support traffic flow by greeting entrants, verifying authorization, and directing visitors
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Coordinate notifications to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed
- Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in written reports and/or electronic logs
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles) or 21+ years of age (for armed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
Qualifications
