Security Officer Flex Armed Patrol Driver

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients as an Armed Patrol Officer, conducting routine patrols, responding to alarms, and ensuring security at a food and beverage distribution location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
• Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking lots, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or suspicious conditions
• Control access at gates and entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor logs, and coordinating check-in/check-out for deliveries, pickups, and contractors
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, trespass concerns, disturbances, and medical-related calls
• Notify site leadership and/or emergency services as directed during incidents
• Complete detailed incident reports, patrol documentation, and shift activity logs
• Communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts

Requirements

• 1+ years' armed security/law enforcement/military experience
• Valid driver's license
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
