Security Officer Flex Apartment Patrol Driver

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in residential communities as a Security Officer Flex Apartment Patrol Driver. Conduct routine mobile and foot patrols, deter unauthorized activity, and provide strong customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a residential community
• Conduct regular and random vehicle and/or foot patrols of streets, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or lighting concerns
• Monitor and control access at gates and/or entrances by verifying credentials, directing visitors, and documenting visitor activity
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or local first responders as needed
• Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, and communicate relevant observations to the next shift and/or management

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• 1 year of security experience
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of security experience is required
