Security Officer Commercial Property Patrol Driver

About This Role

As a Security Officer Commercial Property Patrol Driver, you will safeguard clients in various industries, primarily Commercial Real Estate, performing routine patrols and customer service to deter incidents. You will use a company vehicle for patrols, documenting observations and responding to calls with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve and safeguard clients in Commercial Real Estate and other industries.
• Perform routine patrols and provide a high-visibility presence to deter security-related incidents.
• Assist tenants and visitors with customer service.
• Communicate clearly with property teams.
• Use a company-approved vehicle to patrol designated areas.
• Document observations and respond to calls for service.
• Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor directions and tenant concerns, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet
