As a Security Officer Commercial Property Patrol Driver, you will safeguard clients in various industries, primarily Commercial Real Estate, performing routine patrols and customer service to deter incidents. You will use a company vehicle for patrols, documenting observations and responding to calls with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Serve and safeguard clients in Commercial Real Estate and other industries.
- Perform routine patrols and provide a high-visibility presence to deter security-related incidents.
- Assist tenants and visitors with customer service.
- Communicate clearly with property teams.
- Use a company-approved vehicle to patrol designated areas.
- Document observations and respond to calls for service.
- Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor directions and tenant concerns, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
- Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Nice to Have
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet
