Security Officer - Commercial Property Patrol

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in commercial real estate properties by conducting patrols, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents. This part-time role supports customer service, deters security incidents, and ensures effective communication with staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site-specific policies
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying contacts as needed
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns
• Monitor access points and interior areas, verifying credentials and directing guests and deliveries
• Complete reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and daily activity, communicating findings to management

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Access Control/Badge Experience
• CPR Certification
• Customer Service Experience
