Security Officer Call Center

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in various industries by managing access control, monitoring entry activity, and supporting incident reporting while delivering excellent customer service as a Security Officer.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Manage front desk access control by greeting guests, verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials, and maintaining visitor logs.
• Coordinate with site contacts for approvals and/or escorts.
• Monitor security-related systems and communications from the front desk, including cameras and alarms, and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Support routine administrative tasks tied to security-related operations, such as answering phones, directing inquiries, and processing deliveries.
• Complete shift reports.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age (21+ for armed roles)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (for driving positions)
• Subject to a background investigation
• Subject to a drug screen
