As a Security Officer - Building Patrol Driver, you will safeguard clients in various industries by conducting routine patrols, deterring security-related incidents, and providing excellent customer service at a commercial real estate location in Costa Mesa, CA. This role involves operating a vehicle for patrol duties and responding to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by conducting security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving skills
- Conduct regular and random patrols around commercial real estate property and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or unusual occurrences
- Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members
- Follow all post orders and instructions from Allied Universal and site management
- Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications

- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
