As a Security Officer specializing in bank patrol, you will serve and safeguard clients at financial institutions in Harrisburg, PA, by conducting routine foot patrols and responding to security-related incidents. This role offers flexible scheduling and contribute to a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and questions, and report unusual behavior and/or policy concerns to site leadership
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing clear communication and coordinating with on-site staff and/or public responders as needed
• Complete accurate, timely documentation such as activity logs and incident reports, and communicate key updates during shift turnovers

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
