Serve and safeguard clients in financial institutions by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine rounds, and discouraging incidents. Provide professional customer service and clear communication with staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Financial Institutions
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas
- Conduct routine rounds
- Remain visible to help discourage incidents
- Support access control
- Use site technology for reporting
- Provide professional customer service and clear communication with staff and visitors
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
Requirements
- 2+ years of security experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 21 years of age
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of security experience
Nice to Have
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- Access control and badge experience
