As an Armed School Driver Security Officer, you will monitor and patrol educational locations in Eden, NC, serve and safeguard clients, and respond to incidents. The role includes conducting routine patrols, providing customer service, and maintaining detailed records.
Responsibilities
- Serve and safeguard clients in educational settings
- Monitor and patrol educational locations, remaining highly visible
- Conduct routine patrols and respond to incidents
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Monitor for unusual activity and report security concerns
- Assist with access control and verify identification
- Support emergency response efforts and communicate with law enforcement
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents and daily activities
- Operate security-related equipment
Requirements
- Valid driver's license in the state where the job is located
- Armed guard card or license
- High school diploma or GED
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
